A good product is the ultimate result of good raw material, efficient manufacturing process and excellent systems. Each item undergoes a series of tests that finally make them ready for the market. Physical and mechanical of raw material ensures that no spurious content is allowed.

AH production is carried out in state-of-the-art facilities equipped with modern machines. A testing lab checks the final products as per ISI standards testing that include IS:3854 (Switch) CM/L No. 7308972, IS:694 (Wire) CM/L No. 7600051911, IS:60898 : Part - 1 2002 CM/L No. 7600069417 (MCB). At Vinayak Electrical quality control is an ongoing process.

In order to inspect the raw material, in-process goods & finished products, a state-of-art laboratory has been set up. The laboratory contains the following machines:

• A Micro Processor Controlled Endurance Machine which can test three switches up to 1,00,000 operations. This is further supported with digital electrical panel to monitor the system voltage, current, power factor and frequency.
• Fluorescent lamp loads for 6A and 16A switches with power factor of 0.9 (lag).
• A gang of tungsten filament lamps for verification of switch contacts at higher current.
• Digital high voltage tester with preset timer, leakage current measurement by digital millimeters.
• Micro-processor controlled endurance testing machine for three pin plugs and sockets.
• Digital temperature rise measurement tester with in-built digital thermometer, digital ammeter, digital mill voltmeter and digital timer .
• A sophisticated Humidity chamber to verify the insulation properties after humidity / moisture treatment.
• An oven with accuracy of 2DC to verify the property of resistance to heat of insulating materials.
• Mechanical impact tester with electrical releasing mechanism of hammer for verification of mechanical impact on electrical products.
• Glow wire tester for checking fire retardant properties of insulating materials.
• Highly accurate gauges for checking the hole diameter / hole position of socket outlets and also to check the pin diameter/ pin position of three pin plugs.
